Three organisations in the UAE. Two current running Radio Station Networks and a new private investor.
Situation
Broadcasting in the UAE was becoming more competitive with new technology and digital radio soon to become the norm. Increasing numbers of residents and new sophistication in radio advertising meant increasing opportunities for sales and marketing revenues but also required fine tuning operational procedures and long term planning.
Solution
Various levels of review took place with each operation to interview the senior management as to the perceived long term objectives for each. In parallel a full local study of the population matrixes along with selected marketing studies were undertaken to map the future potential of all the above.
In one case a full Operational Procedures proposal was put forward for strategic development of the required infrastructure for the above, in the other two full Business Plans were developed for the Feasibility of moving forward in one case with an expansion of the network, in the other with a new fully fledged Radio Operation.
End Result
Streamlined operational recommendations for new, complex radio broadcasting.
Statistical and Financial report(s) to allow strategic decisions for future investment and/or new business lines to be implemented.
